What's in It for You

Put your personal stamp
Local professionals will tailor programs to optimize impact, but you will author the global strategy and enterprise-level "guidebook" that informs the programs. You'll showcase your analytical skills, not only in developing the strategy, but also in keeping it current and in monitoring program success.

Professional development
It should be clear by now that we are proactive about helping employees achieve their goals. You'll expand your skills and experience in this role, and we also offer training and development resources.

Build a career home
There's a good chance this program could grow, in which case you could take on additional responsibilities, possibly including staff. Once you've proven yourself, you might also set your sights on opportunities in other areas of HR, such as organizational development, HR generalist work or talent acquisition.

Engaging environment
You'll find strong entrepreneurial spirit here, along with a work hard/play hard attitude. In addition to offering flexible work arrangements, we are proactive about recognizing and rewarding strong performance.

Excellent compensation
In addition to competitive base + incentive plan, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental choices with costs shared by the employee and SPX FLOW; an employee-paid vision plan; a retirement savings plan with company match; paid time off; and more. Benefits begin day one.

Total Rewards
At SPX FLOW, what's in it for employees goes well beyond market-competitive compensation and benefits. Our Total Rewards program includes a comprehensive offering that combines a challenging work environment with opportunities for personal development, career growth and recognition. The program gives employees a financial stake in their own success and the ongoing success of the organization and includes:
  • Opportunities to be recognized and rewarded for hard work and a job well done.
  • A platform to spotlight personal talent and achieve exceptional results.
  • A chance to display the values and leadership practices we, as a company, embrace.

Keys to Success

Developing strategy is a key aspect of this role, but that's just the beginning. You will need the operational savvy and organizational finesse to ensure the strategy is adopted and implemented. That will include engaging stakeholders from the beginning, not only to ensure the strategy addresses their needs, but also to promote a sense of ownership.

You'll leverage your leadership and interpersonal skills to influence people at all levels, and you should be able to tailor your messaging to hit the varying hot buttons of different audiences. You'll need a good deal of creativity to ensure the success of programs, but your tactics and strategies should be backed by data. In fact, the framework will need to include metrics for monitoring program effectiveness and making real-time adjustments.

If you have the background we're looking for, you've already realized that there are many different directions you could go here. Rather than trying to do it all, you should focus on the low-hanging fruit. That way you'll establish credibility and start building momentum for the efforts that follow.
