PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will support the strategic objectives of the North American HR team by providing human resources expertise to your regional client group in a variety of areas from benefits administration to employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, talent acquisition and onboarding, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
